2. User Obligations

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to property transactions in your jurisdiction.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees for our services are specified in our service agreement or invoice. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with any portion of our services, you may request a refund under the following terms:

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service delivery. Services partially rendered or any deliverable already issued may result in a prorated refund.

• Review and Approval: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and conduct a review. We may request additional information to assess your claim.
• Refund Methods: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. For bank transfers, please allow up to 5 additional business days for processing.
• Exceptions: Fees for third-party services (e.g., title searches, filing fees) and government charges are non-refundable once paid. Any work performed beyond the scope of the service agreement is non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
